A2Znotes.in ("A2Znotes", "we", "us") is a listing and matching marketplace for study materials. This page explains what information we collect from you and why, in plain language.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number, when you sign up or an admin creates an account for you.
• Listing & request details — whatever you submit when listing study material for sale, or posting a buy/sell request (subject, class/exam, description, sample files, pricing).
• Order records — which listings you've purchased and when, so we can grant you access to your downloads.
• Payment information — we never see or store your card, UPI PIN, or full payment details. Online payments are processed by Razorpay directly; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded. Manual UPI payments (for physical copies) are confirmed by you sending us a screenshot over WhatsApp.

How we use it

• To run your account — logging you in, showing your purchases/listings, granting access to files you've paid for.
• To match buy and sell requests submitted through the request board with sellers/institutes in our network.
• To contact you about an order, a request, or a listing you've submitted — by email or WhatsApp.
• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who else sees it

• Razorpay — processes online payments; see their own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
• Google Sheets — buy/sell request board submissions are recorded in a private Google Sheet used internally for manual matching. Your phone/email/address are never shown on any public page.
• Other buyers/sellers — your name and seller profile (if you list material) are shown publicly on your listings. Your phone/email are not shared with other users automatically — contact happens through the platform (WhatsApp links you initiate) or after a request-board match we make manually.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It's required for the site to work and isn't used for advertising or tracking across other sites.

Your choices
